Experience: Research Manager with nearly 15 years of experience designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research. I have an extensive background in user experience, usability, and customer experience research, employing a breadth of methodologies across a spectrum of product verticals and end users, from edtech for children, parents, and educators, to social media, to software and hardware solutions for consumers, SMBs, and large enterprise organizations. I currently manage and support the research and professional development of a team of researchers.
Studied: Ph.D. in Lifespan Developmental Psychology with a concentration in Child Development from North Carolina State University
