Genentech came to AnswerLab wanting to understand how they could improve adoption rates of a tablet app intended to enhance efficiency of its field-based Clinical Specialists and increase engagement with health care professionals.

To get a deeper understanding, AnswerLab responded with a three-part study: starting with ethnography, diving into usability questions in in-depth interviews, and finally running a quantitative survey to validate findings and establish benchmarks.
