When I decided to start a family, I was extremely nervous to reveal my pregnancy. We were going into a reorg at the time, and I was afraid I would get left behind. But I did not. I actually have more responsibility now. The working world is not traditionally optimized for working moms. But at AnswerLab, I’ve been given the flexibility and understanding to take care of my daughter and be successful in my job.

As a father of two, I’ve often felt conflicted in trying to balance being a present parent and ‘putting in the hours’ to gain company recognition. At AnswerLab, I feel empowered, without reservation, to take autonomy over my schedule while consistently being praised for my work and ability to adapt.

Working for AnswerLab has been such a valuable experience. I am consistently challenged and supported by all levels of leadership as I grow in my role. Our human-centered work culture makes me feel like I’m a part of a community and that I can show up authentically every day.
