As a part of our research for the Human Centered Work Project, we rely on third party publications and sources to inform the basis of our research. The following are sources we used in our full literature review, which explored best practices for how companies support LGBTQIA+ workers. Using this as our foundation, we'll expand on what's already out there with our own original research with LGBTQIA+ employees across the U.S.
