Scott Gunter leads AnswerLab’s operations with a focus on helping teams do their best work for clients every day. With more than 20 years of experience across research, operations, and executive leadership, Scott specializes in turning complex, fast-moving research programs into well-aligned systems that support strong partnerships and sustainable growth.
At AnswerLab, Scott oversees day-to-day operations, working closely with researchers and senior leadership to improve how projects are staffed, managed, and delivered. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to operational excellence, drawing on deep experience in user experience research, global workforce management, and enterprise-scale execution.
Before joining AnswerLab, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer at Usability Sciences, where he led operations, marketing, and technology. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 350 research programs for Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, JCPenney, Discover, and Kimberly-Clark. Earlier in his career, Scott helped establish and train international research teams in Geneva, Switzerland, supporting clients across Europe.
