Mauricio Ubach is a Research Director at AnswerLab, where he leads research teams and partners with senior client stakeholders to turn complex questions into clear, actionable strategies. He brings a unique combination of deep research expertise, product innovation, and commercial leadership to his work, helping clients not only understand their customers, but translate those insights into meaningful business impact. Since joining AnswerLab in 2020, Mauricio has held leadership roles across research, product, and innovation. Most recently, he served as Director of Product & Innovation, where he helped develop and launch new research products and services, shape new methodologies, and drive adoption of AI-augmented approaches across the business. Today, he brings that innovation mindset back to research leadership, overseeing client portfolios, developing research talent, and helping organizations navigate evolving customer expectations and emerging technologies. Mauricio has experience across a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and has advised clients across technology, financial services, healthcare, travel, and other industries. He holds a B.A. in Art History from UCLA.
