At AnswerLab, Isabel partners closely with executive and senior leaders to evolve the company’s approach to employee experience, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and people operations. She joined the firm in 2015 as a consultant and stepped into a leadership role in 2019, helping guide AnswerLab’s culture and talent strategy as the company has grown and transformed.
Before AnswerLab, Isabel worked as a senior HR consultant and spent 13 years at an IT software company, holding leadership roles from director to vice president of human resources.
