A seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and business builder, Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience leading and scaling organizations across creative services, technology, and professional services. His expertise spans financial strategy, operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performing teams and systems that enable sustainable growth.
Prior to joining AnswerLab, Andrew held CFO and executive leadership roles at DE-YAN, kipi.ai, Bayard Advertising, Appcast, and Noise (The Engine Group), where he guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and successful acquisitions. He has extensive experience working with private equity-backed businesses, including multiple companies within the Shamrock Capital portfolio.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Andrew is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, scaled, and sold several businesses, including Otamot Foods, a consumer brand he grew to more than 2,000 retail locations.
