AnswerLab recognizes the importance of Internet user privacy. For that reason, we like to keep you informed of our privacy practices.

AnswerLab collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the site when users request information, apply for jobs or participate in surveys that we use to improve our website. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of information that you provide, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number, and, for recruiting purposes, any other personally-identifiable information on your resume. In addition, AnswerLab collects certain information that you do not visibly enter, such as your IP address, browsing pattern on the site and click stream. AnswerLab does not place cookies on your computer.

AnswerLab uses your personally-identifiable information to fulfill your requests for information, to evaluate any job applications or for other business purposes that you initiate or request. We may keep your personally-identifiable information on file and use it to contact you. AnswerLab uses aggregate (non-personally-identifiable) information to perform statistical analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in specific areas and information posted on our site.

AnswerLab will not sell, rent or share your personally-identifiable information to third parties, except as appropriate for AnswerLab to make transmissions or deliveries to you.

Some of our clients provide AnswerLab with personally identifiable information about their customers so we can perform our analysis of site usage. In addition, as part of our services to clients, we may collect information about user interaction with client websites and provide that information and our analysis to the client. All of this information belongs to the client. If you participate in an AnswerLab study with one of our clients, you should review the privacy policies of that site if you have any questions regarding how they use such information. AnswerLab makes no other use of personally identifiable information obtained from or on behalf of its clients.

AnswerLab may update or change this privacy policy at any time and such changes will become effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
